Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PGNS, LLC (“Astromoney”, “we”, “us”) for your use of Astromoney. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
The service
Astromoney imports your bank transactions, lets you plan upcoming bills and income, and forecasts your balance. Forecasts are estimates based on your data and the plans you enter. They can be wrong, and they are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions. Astromoney never moves money.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and live in the United States.
- Keep access to your email, Google account, and passkeys secure. You are responsible for activity in your account, and must tell us promptly at support@astromoney.app if you think someone else has accessed it.
- Give us accurate information, and use only your own accounts.
Connecting your banks
We use Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather your data from financial institutions. By connecting an account, you grant Astromoney and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. Your bank’s own terms continue to apply to your accounts. Imported data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and we aren’t responsible for errors in data provided by your institution or Plaid.
Houston
Houston, the optional assistant, uses AI to answer questions about your data. Its answers can be mistaken. Check anything important before acting on it. Houston can suggest and preview changes, but it never saves them without you.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- access accounts or data that aren’t yours;
- probe, scan, or test the service’s security without our written permission, or disrupt it;
- scrape, copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service, or use it to break the law.

Your data
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to run and improve the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Ending your use
You can stop using Astromoney and delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk, and we may stop offering the service with reasonable notice. If we do, we’ll delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy. To the fullest extent the law allows, Astromoney is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, fees, or overdrafts, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $50. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above and tell you about material changes before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
